The 1" synthetic diaphragm pumps are available in polypropylene or PVDF. For hazardous areas ATEX versions are available that can discharge static electricity.

Depending on the liquid to be pumped, the pumps are available  with diaphragms, balls, seats and o-ring seals in various materials including; PTFE, XL-thermoplastic, EPDM, Viton, Buna-N, Neopreen or Hytrel.

The pumps are equipped with bolted pump chambers so the risk of leakage is minimal.

The foul air control system of these pumps has a wear-resistant ceramic sliding shoe and sliding plate which slide over each other completely without air leakage which guarantees reliable operation, even at low air pressure and with long term use.

The pumps do not need oil lubrication and no freezing occurs in the foul air control system.

These 1" synthetic diaphragm pumps are available with various suction and press connections. There is a version with fixed manifolds with DN 25 side connections and a version with shared manifolds which have suction and press connections in the middle of the pump which can be turned 180 deg C.
